Pleat HEPA filter

用途：

空调过滤系统末端过滤，捕集0.5µｍ以上的微粒

适用用于医院、电子、食品、精密机械、半导体等需要高洁净度的场合过滤。

特性：

1、  波纹形铝箔隔板或纸隔板可以精确地保持褶层间距.在小阻力下，限度地利用滤料.铝箔厚度0.03mm，波纹高度4mm，可以充分保障过滤材料的面积及过滤器的质量。

2、  滤料用超细玻璃纤维制成的高密度纸，滤料褶层以尽量扩大滤料的有效过滤面积，从而降低滤料的滤速，这对高效过滤器是相当重要的

3、  激光逐台测试，耐温80℃，阻力低，效率高，使用寿命长

Speciality:

l         Waveness aluminium foil pleat or the paper pleat can make use of the filtration material completely. The thickness of the aluminum foil is 0.03 mm, the height of the waveness is 4mm, which make sure of the filtration area and the quality of the filter.

l         The filtration material is the high density paper which is made from super fine fibreglass. Pleat the filtration paper ( made from the fiberglass) in order to enlarge the filtration area as large as possible and to slowdown the filtration speed. It is very important for the HEPA filter.
