汉钟螺杆式冷媒压缩机的冷冻油的维护操作说明
1．润滑油的作用：
1）在螺杆与压缩室以及阴阳螺杆间形成动态密封,  减少制冷剂在压缩过程中由高压侧向低压侧的泄漏。
2）冷却被压缩的制冷剂, 油被喷入压缩机内, 吸收制冷剂气体在压缩过程中产生的热量,  降低排气温度。
3）在轴承以及螺杆间形成油膜用以支撑转子, 并起润滑作用。
4）传递压差力量, 驱动容量调节系统, 经由压缩机的加卸载电磁阀的动作, 调节容调滑块的位置, 实现压缩机容量调节控制。
5）降低运转噪音
说明：压缩机内部润滑油系维系压缩机正常运转之关键，一般润滑油的问题有：
１）异物混入，致润滑油污染，阻塞机油过滤器。
２）高温效应致润滑油劣化，失去润滑功能。
３）系统水份污染、酸化、侵蚀电机。
２．压缩机冷冻油检测和更换：
对于系统厂商而言，压缩机冷冻油的检测和更换周期与其生产制程的工艺控制有关。如果系统的蒸发器和冷凝器及系统管路的洁净度控制比较好，那么相对而言进入压缩机的污染物就比较少，检测和保养周期就可以相对加长。
