汉钟 HANBELL 螺杆压缩机维修

1、缺油：压缩机内油膜薄或没有油膜，润滑作用消失，机械部件之间发生干摩擦，磨损严重，磨下的碎屑就成为研磨砂，造成更加严重的磨损，如此恶性循环导致终的抱轴。
2、制冷系统脏：脏物本身造成压缩机部件之间的磨损，一个颗粒就相当于一把尖刀，使划下的颗粒越来越多，导致抱轴。
3、油过滤器堵塞：造成回油问题，致使润滑不好，加快磨损，致使抱轴
4、轴承磨损：轴承的磨损，对螺杆的支撑偏离原来的中心，轴线偏斜，使螺杆与轴承座之间的间隙单侧变小，破坏了油膜的润滑作用;另外轴承的磨损使螺杆在轴向和径向的定位效果变差，螺杆发生窜动，对压缩机的压缩腔及高压端面造成磨损，也会导致抱轴或扫堂
5、机油老化：机油起不到润滑及带走热量的作用，而温度对油的性能的影响作用又很大这就使油的性能退化，导致摩擦加剧，终导致抱轴
6、系统缺氟：缺氟以后，热量存积在压缩机中，温度升高，使油的粘度降低，起不到很好的润滑作用，导致磨损。
7、冷凝温度过高：影响润滑油粘度，导致磨损。
8、热负载过大：影响润滑油粘度，导致磨损。
在这些问题中，其中由于缺油造成的比较常见，造成缺油的主要原因有：
1、      油温过高，油分离不良
2、      奔油致使缺油
3、      油位调节阀转动不灵活，使油量不正常
4、      过滤器太脏，不能正常回油

5, oil aging: oil no lubrication and heat effect, and the effect of temperature on the performance properties of oil and a lot which makes the oil degradation, leading to increased friction, resulting in axle

6, the system lacks fluorine: lack of fluoride, the heat stored in the compressor, temperature, oil viscosity is reduced, no lubrication good, leading to wear.

7, condensing temperature is too high: the influence of the viscosity of lubricating oil, leading to wear.

8, the heat load is too large: the influence of the viscosity of lubricating oil, leading to wear.

In these problems, due to the lack of more common, mainly caused by the lack of oil have:
