Cooler Expanding Pipe Process Procedures
一、胀接管子的技术要求
The Requirements Of The Expanding Pipe
1
、胀接管子外表面不得有重皮、压扁、裂纹等表面缺陷,胀接管端不得有纵向刻痕。
如有横向刻痕、麻点等缺陷时,缺陷深度不超过管子公称壁厚的
10%
。

as
heavy
leather
,
flattening,
cracks etc.,expanding pipe end can not have
longitudinal notching.If there is a defect such as transverse
notching, pitting etc.,depth shall not exceed 10% of the pipe nominal wall thickness.

、胀接管子的端面倾斜度应不大于管子公称外径的
1.5%,
且不超过
1mm
。
The transverse slope of the expanding pipe should not be greater than 1.5% of the pipe nominal
diameter
,And not more than 1 mm.

、胀管前应对管端进行清理
,
管端内表面应无腐蚀和碎屑等杂物并清除毛刺。
Before the expansion pipe, should be to clean up the pipe end,The pipe end inner surface should be
no miscellaneous items such as corrosion and bits etc.,and remove burrs.
二、
胀接管孔的技术要求
The Expansion Pipe Hole Of Technical Requirements
1
、用汽油等溶剂清洗管孔壁上的油污,并去除管孔边缘毛刺,管孔壁的粗糙度不
大于
6.3
。
Use the solvent such as gasoline to cleaning hole wall of greasy dirt,and remove pipe hole edge
burr
,the maximum roughness of the pipe hole wall not greater than 6.3.

、清理后的管孔壁不得有纵向刻痕,个别管孔允许有一条螺旋形或环形刻槽,刻槽深
度不超过
0.5mm
,宽度不得超过
1mm,
刻痕距管孔端部的距离不小于
4mm
。
After cleaning, the pipe hole wall can not have longitudinal notching,individual pipe hole is allowed a
spiral or annular groove,groove depth is less than 0.5 mm, width must be less than 1 mm,the pipe hole
end distance the notching at least 4 mm.

、管孔尺寸按图纸要求。
The
pipe hole size according to the drawing requirements.

、如管孔直径超差,超差数值不得超过标准偏差值的
50%
。当管孔不大于
500
时,超
差孔数不得超过总数的
2%,
且不超过
5
个。当管孔大于
500
时,超差孔数不得超过总数的
1%,
且不超过
10
个。对于超差管孔,在管板上作出明显标记。
If the pipe hole diameter than deviation,the deviation exceeding value can not exceed 50% of the
standard deviation.When the pipe hole is not greater than 500,the exceeding hole deviation of pipe hole
number shall not exceed 2% of the total,and not more than 5.When the pipe hole is greater than 500,the
pipe hole of exceeding deviation number shall not exceed 1% of the total,and not more than 10.For the
pipe hole of exceeding deviation , make a obvious mark on the pipe sheet.

四、穿管
Inserted Into The Pipe

、按照每个胀接面总数的
10%
,且不多于
30
根,不少于
5
根,随机测量管孔直径

管端壁厚

,计算出

和

的算术平均值,并做好记录。

、穿管时应超穿一定距离,以再次清理穿管留下来的污物,清理后退回正确位置。
When
inserted
into
the
pipe,should
exceed
a
certain
distance,clean
up
the
stranded
dirt
again,returned to the right place after cleaning.

、对于管端伸出长度超差要求的管子,应用机械方法去除超长部分,并清除毛刺。
For the pipe of pipe end reach out the length more than deviation requirement,apply the mechanical
method to remove super long parts,and remove burrs.
五、胀接技术要求

、试胀
Try Expanding

)
正式胀接之前应进行试胀,
以检查胀管器的质量,
管材的胀接性能和确定胀力。
The formal expanding should be try expanding later
,check the quality of the expanding pipe, tube
expanding performance and determine the optimal expansion force.

)试胀每胀接面

5
个管口,选用不同的胀管参数,测量实际胀接后的内直径,与
计算出的理论胀管内径值比较,并做好记录。

然后选定外观质量好,
且留有充分补胀余地的胀口胀力作为胀力

待正式
胀接时使用。

、胀接
Expanding

)根据试胀所确定的胀力或者工艺评定给出的胀管参数进行正式胀接。胀接过程
严防油污,水以及灰尘渗入胀接面间。
According to determine the best expansion force or procedure qualification is given parameters on
an official expanding.During expanding process ,prohibit oil, water and dirt permeate between expanded
surface.

)胀接采用反阶式胀接顺序或者错列式胀接顺序。
Expanding adopt the cascade order or the staggered sequence to expanding.

)胀接时每胀完
15-20
个管口,应对胀管器进行清洗,检查有无损伤,反之更换。
When expanding, everytime expanding pipe orifice 15 to 20,should clean the pipe expander
,inspect
whether there is injure,otherwise replace.

、胀管率控制
The Control On Pipe Expanding Rate
强度胀:换热管材料为铜、铜合金时
,
胀管率一般控制在
5%
~
8%
范围内,超胀不得超过
12%
;
换热管材料为
10
钢或
20
钢时
,
胀管率一般控制在
7%
~
10%
范围内,
超胀不得超过
13%
;
换热管材料为不锈钢时
,
胀管率一般控制在
10%
~
14%
范围内,超胀不得超过
18%
。
Severe expanding:When the heat exchange pipe materials is copper
, copper alloy,generally, control
on pipe expanding rate within 5% ~ 8%,super expansion should not exceed 12%;the heat exchange
tube materials is 10 steel or 20 steel,generally control on pipe expanding rate within 7% ~ 10%,super
expansion should not exceed 13%,the heat exchange tube materials is stainless steel,generally control on
pipe expanding rate within 10% ~ 14%,super expansion should not exceed 18
